New everything including kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances, flooring, bathroom and includes a full size washer/dryer! No carpet, all hardwood = hypoallergenic! The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to cook and enjoy the new appliances. All new towels, linens and bedding make it easy to move in without having to worry about bringing anything with you. Large windows allow sunlight to brighten your day, while being on the top floor allows complete privacy from the world below. Enjoy your large, private balcony that includes a cute sitting area with chairs and a table! No neighbors above (this is a top floor unit) or below you (storage only) and the staircase to the unit is private and only shared by 2 other units!
